Fomentar l&#8217;alegria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Millorar les relacions socials. Experimentar el moviment conjuntament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Millorar les possibilitats d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estructura del curs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espai:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;activitat es realitzar\u00e0 en una sala \u00e0mplia, sense barreres arquitect\u00f2niques ni est\u00edmuls externs que interfereixin en el proc\u00e9s de l&#8217;activitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materials:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El material essencial ser\u00e0 el propi cos. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es treballar\u00e0 amb diferents materials (pilotes, pals o rulos de llitera, bicis petites, corrioles, escales, barana, paral\u00b7leles, espatlleres, thera-*band, estoretes\u2026)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temps:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sessions de psicomotricitat es realitzaran: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimecres de <a>10.30-11.30h \/ 11.30-12:30h.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divendres de 10.30-11.30h \/ 11.30-12:30h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estructura de la sessi\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada sessi\u00f3 constar\u00e0 de tres parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inici: ser\u00e0 un escalfament d&#8217;uns 5-10 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nucli: Desenvolupament de l&#8217;activitat per a treballar els objectius proposats mitjan\u00e7ant un circuit i exercicis elaborats i realitzats pel fisio. Uns 35 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Final: estiraments i relaxaci\u00f3.
